The Salesforce Action is a custom button that acts as a trigger for "Getting" data from a Salesforce object or for "Pushing" data in to a Salesforce object.
When you are using this custom button in a multi-page form, it could be nice if you could also move your form filler to a different page once the data was pushed/got, don't you think? This is why we have added this option as a simple dropdown to the Action button configuration window.
Just turn on choose the page you want your filler to be moved to (next page or previous page) - and that's it..
