The FormTitan Likert element is a series of questions or items that ask the form filler to select a rating/answer on a scale that ranges from one extreme to another, such as “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree”. It is arranged in a table. and consists of Questions (on the left column), Answers (In the header) and an indication type inside each cell (radio buttons, checkboxes or textboxes).

If you are working with Salesforce and you have this element in your form you will most surely want to sync it along with the other data you collect in the form. It is important to understand that Salesforce does not have a likert field type you can push the data to, However this does not pose a problem because you can easily create a custom object in Sf and map your likert to it.
