| 1- | Send email to form owner This property is turned on by default. It makes sure that the form owner gets a standard FormTitan email each time the form is submitted. The standard email consists of Submission IP, Date, ID and the data entered in the form. |
| 2- | Custom mail to form owner This property enables you to create a custom email that will be sent to the form owner upon each data entry. Once you turn on this checkbox you will need to configure the custom email using a special editor. The custom email may be created using text and the data entered in your form fields. For exmaple, you can create an email like this: "Full Name has just submitted your form, The data entered is: Name: NameField, Company: CompanyField..."  |
| 3- | Additional mails This property enables you to have the email ,that is sent to you, also sent to other email addresses that you specify. |
| 4- | Reply to email address The emails sent upon each data entry may not be replied to (it goes to noreply@formtitan.com) by default, However if you wish for the recipient of these emails to be able to reply to you (or to someone else), you will need to enter a valid email address in this property. |
| 5- | Custom Subject The following property enables you to change the default subject of the email. |
| 6- | Custom Header The following property enables you to add header text inside the standard email. This text will appear prior to the table that contains the data entered in the form. |
| 7- | Custom Footer The following property enables you to add footer text inside the standard email. This text will appear after the table that contains the data entered in the form. |
| 7- | Custom From Name This property enables you to change the default "From" name in the email or sms. Once you turn on this checkbox a textbox will appear and you will need to enter the name you want your recepient to see. |
