Yes - you can.
In terms of the Salesforce integration, it does not matter if it's used in a single page form or a multi page form - it works exactly the same in both cases. So, you see, there is no problem with auto populating fields from Salesforce in a multi-page form.
All you need to do is:
1- Create a multi page form.

2- Set up a Salesforce "Get" integration to populate your form fields
