Is There a Way to Password Protect My Salesforce Form?

Last updated Mar 12 2018

When you create a form in FormTitan, it is "Public" by default and so anyone can access it via its URL. If you have Salesforce Get integration in your form to pre-populate fields, for example, you might want to make sure that only those permitted could access and fill data in it.
This of course can be achieved by changing your form to "Private" and giving permission only to those you wish to fill in your form (creating collaborators).

In addition, we have a very elegant solution for those who want to restrict access to their Salesforce form - it's called Smart V.
The Smart V feature adds a 'Verification window' to your form and only after that the filler can access your form..
