Can I create a form and pull information from account and opportunity objects?

Sure you can.
With FormTitan you can create any type of form you want, and integrate it with any object/s in your Salesforce account. 
So it goes without saying that building a form and integrating it with SF to pull data from account and opportunity objects is no problem for Titan.

The SF integration is bi directional, but for pulling data you will only need the "Get" integration.
Getting the data from Salesforce could be in many different ways. You can draw it when the form is loads, or after a certain condition is met. You can populate the data into regular fields, or draw it to an SF table element, or a Lookup field.
