Dropdown reset.

I build a form using a couple drop-down each has condition depending on first drop-down selection. It works fine except one problem. after select second drop-down, I go to change my first drop-down selection my current selection of second drop-down still there. I need to reset the current selection of 2nd drop-down when I change the 1st drop-down selection. please help me if you have any question please email me. I will send you my screenshot.
