Overlapping text on form

I received a report about a form I have published on my org's website that is preventing someone from submitting a required field because the text that is formatted above it is overlapping...

  • Hello, I assume your form content is bigger than your actual form size so it will overlap, you can try to increase the size/spaces or you can use our PS team for this purpose.
