Recovery Center Tab

"My Account" gives you quick access to settings and tools for managing your FormTitan account. It is divided into eleven tabs and "Recovery Center" tab is the tenth one.
It is important to understand that when you delete a submission in "my submissions" page, delete a form in the form builder, delete a report or theme - the item is not permanently deleted, and may still be restored. 

This screen will allow you to view the items that were deleted and then:
1- Restore an item: forms, reports, themes and submissions.
2- Permanently delete an item.

All you have to do is:
1- In the "Choose Recovery" Dropdown - select what type of item you would like to restore or permanently delete. (In this example i chose "submissions")
2- A secondary dropdown will appear to choose the form your submission belongs to.

3- The relevant item/s will then appear below and you will be able to view them, recover or delete them.
