Supporting custom translations in Smart V

Custom translation allows you to create custom translations for your form to other languages, as many as you choose. This translation applies to form fields but also to the Smart V caption. This works automatically when Titan identifies a different language and knows you have a translation for it. Thing is, you may want to trigger the translation yourself, (like this: https://formURL?FTLang=fr) and you can do it by using a parameter in the URL, it’s just that up till now this method did not translate the Smart V captions when you had multiple translations set up.
