Set Picklist from Salesforce in the element settings

Last updated Apr 14 2019

When you integrate your forms with Salesforce you usually “Read’

the picklists straight from Salesforce, instead of creating static lists in your form.
Till now in order to get a picklist from Salesforce you needed to configure a Salesforce Get action (which is “on load” and the “Picklist” checkbox is turned on).
In this version we wanted to make it easier on our users to bring the picklist into their form, So we added an option in the Multiple input elements settings (of the Dropdown, Radio button, checkbox and List button) that lets you draw the list options from the SF picklist. This new option will enable you to create your picklist with only two clicks, simply by choosing the Object and Picklist, and without having to do all of the regular configurations.
Two important things you should know:
1- You can still, of course configure the Picklist in the old way if you want to.
2- Once you create the Picklist with the new option a Get action will be created for you in the Salesforce integration.
