FormTitan supports every object in Salesforce: custom or standard and it also supports all field types, so you can easily map your form field to them to push and get data from them. Up till now we have enabled mapping to multi picklist fields in Salesforce using our Dropdown element (when the “Multiple selection” option is turned on).
In this version we added the ability to map the Salesforce Multi picklist to a FormTitan Checkbox element as well.
Mapping your Checkbox to an SF multi picklist is easy - and you can do this for Push (to write data) and for Get (to read data).
The field mapping is done in the same way as in all the other fields. The only difference you should be aware of is that in the “mapping” category, when setting up the integration, you need to map the SF pick list to your checkbox value.
