Twilio improvements

Last updated Aug 03 2020

Yes - we know this is a new feature...only released a  few days ago - but what can we do? we just had to make some improvements.

Minimize
When a user presses on the Twilio button in a form it opens up the Call window above it.
But if the user wanted to fill in the form while talking via Twilio he could not.
So in this version we’ve added a new minimize button at the top of the Call window. Once it is clicked on the window becomes smaller and moves to the bottom right of the screen - allowing the user to fill in the form while talking.

Close Twilio
When a user is on a Twilio call he has a red hang-up icon in the window to end the call. But if you wish to add an “end call” button to your form this can also be done.
We’ve added a new button type called: Close Twilio, which does just that.

Hide phones with empty labels
When you use Twilio, you need to map the phone numbers and name labels from Salesforce. In this version, we’ve made sure a number does not show without a name next to it. So if the name field was empty - this number will be hidden in the Call window.

Enjoy!
