Add Salesforce Get/Push integration from the Element settings

When you add a Salesforce integration to your form you need to go to the ‘Salesforce integration’ category in the form settings and map all your form fields from there.
If you want to add fields to this mapping later on, you need to go back to the same place and add them.

But what if you could easily set the Salesforce mapping separately for each specific field from within its “Element properties”? This would surely simplify things for many users, who can then quickly set up the integration for the field while they are configuring its other properties.
