Date / DateTime / Time: Split mode

As you know, Our Date/time fields are not standard input fields. The date field uses a date picker, and the time is an input box that also provides arrows to make a 15 minutes “jump” between the values.
This format is great but does not suit all users, who sometimes want to use straightforward simple-looking input fields instead.
So we added a new format to these three elements, called: Split mode.
What this does is replace the current fields with separated input boxes. So, for example, the date picker of the Date element will be replaced with three separate input boxes - one for Day, one for Month and the third for Year.
