Word add-in - Table type conditional

When inserting a Table in the FormTitan Word Add-in you usually map a salesforce field into each column you create.
In this version, we’ve added an option called “Conditional” in the “type” dropdown, which will allow you to either map your column to field A in Salesforce or to field B, based on a condition.
