Confirm Clear usage / Permanent delete with Salesforce Login Credentials

Since clearing usage or executing permanent deletion of items in Titan is not a thing to be taken lightly, you need to confirm this action by entering your password.
In this version, for users who logged-in via Salesforce we support this confirmation with their Salesforce credentials.
