Force Align and Force RTL added to regular text fields in word add-in

In the previous version, we’ve added the option to force an RTL direction on text in the Table element. In this version, we’ve also added these properties to regular text fields (such as Textbox, Textarea, Textarea Rich, Textarea Long).
