There are users who put more emphasis on design and styling, and they sometimes have special requests. The last ones to approach us about such a matter was Servicewise, who wanted to display a Radio button in a different look and feel.
A radio button field is used to display multiple options the user needs to choose from. It has a generic look to it: it’s round and has an inner rounded button inside for selection.
The graphic display of the radio button can be customized: You can easily change the size, color or rounded radio and rounded button inside it, border etc, however this is not enough for some users and this is the reason we’ve added a new element to our Multiple input elements. It’s called List Button.
The List Button is a group of buttons that can be displayed vertically or horizontally. Each button represents an item.
Just so you know, the List Button and the Radio button are one and the same. The List Button is in fact a Radio button in disguise, and you can either drag it from the ‘Elements panel’, or use the regular Radio button and change it into a List Button, by turning on the ‘Button mode’ property in the advanced element settings. both methods will have the same result.
And as for styling - this element, like all the others we support has a default style, but it can easily be changed.
Enjoy!
