Up till now when exporting files from the ‘My submissions’ page - they would simply download to your computer. However, we found that people were trying to download many & heavy files, which led to slow performance and timeouts.
It was time for Titan to come in and save the day :-) ...We changed our way of thinking and decided to connect our ‘export files’ option to cloud services and provide our users with a smoother experience.
You can now export files to Dropbox, Box and Google drive.
