Run Salesforce Get actions in the background

Last updated Jul 28 2019

When a Get action is running in the form, the filler cannot go on entering data until the action is completed because the screen content is disabled. This is the default state in Get actions and the reason behind it makes sense because in most cases you want to load the data before allowing the filler to correct or add to it.
However, there are scenarios where the Get action has nothing to do with the fields you want the filler to enter, and then disabling the form is just a delay in the filler's work.

This is why we’ve added the new option: Run Get in the background. Which does not disable the form fields and allows the filler to go on entering data without any interference.
