The FormTitan package in Salesforce allows you to pick a document, edit it (after it’s been generated) and send it off in an email. This option is available via "Edit and Send" button, which applies to PDF files as well as to the Word files.
However, when using this button for Word documents it did not always work well, the reason was that Word layouts.did not render correctly.
This is why we’ve added a new “Edit and send” link - that only applies to Word documents. Pressing on this link will open the rendered document for editing inside Word and allow you to send the email from there as well.
