The ft button in salesforce displays all of the PDF, word, and Titan sign templates that are permitted to be generated by the user. In addition to the permissions you can also set a filter to show / hide templates based dynamically on salesforce field values - this was available for PDF docs.
In this version, we’ve also added the filter option in the Titan Document Sign to control which Titan sign templates will be shown or hidden as well.
