One of our many button types is the called “Conditional” and it allows you to manipulate elements in the form when it is pressed.
In this version we’ve added the option to manipulate the section tabs as well.
Wanna see this in action? Follow these steps:
1- Create a new blank form
2- Drag a Section element ('Elements' panel > 'Basic' category > 'Section' )
3- When the section is selected - go to its settings and add 2 tabs to the section
'Properties' panel > 'Element' tab > 'Settings' option > 'Basic' category
4- Turn on the 'Enable tabs' checkbox
5- Press on the 'Add Item' button and call the tab "first tab".
- Now press again on the 'Add Item' button and call the tab "second tab".
6- select the first tab and drag a textbox and a numeric field in the first tab area.
7- Select the second tab and drag a Textarea into it.
8- Drag a button and change its type to Condition and its text to 'hide second tab'
9- Press on the 'Set' button to configure your condition and you will see all of the form fields listed, including the section and its tabs.
10- Set the result: Second tab --> Hide
11- Press on 'Apply' and save the form.
12- Now test the form:
- Publish it as URL
- Press on the 'hide second tab button' and you will see that it disappears.
