Supporting a custom Get action per item in a repeated section

It’s been almost a year since we enabled you to execute a custom action for a repeated section line and it was a big deal then because up till that point you could only set a salesforce action on all of the items in the section. However, as great as it was, the custom action per item line only supported “Push” actions, which meant that you could only create or update records in Salesforce with it.
In this version, we are completing this task following a request of a user, by supporting the same functionality for “Get” actions.
