Tooltip for disabled text fields

In this version we’ve added the ability to make a text fields ‘Read only’. This is an ideal solution for not allowing the filler to edit the data in field, while still enabling him to view it in its entirety.
But what about text fields that have been made “Disabled” instead? The filler in this case will not be able to scroll inside them to view the entire data they hold. This is why we have added a special tooltip that will work in text fields that are disabled. This tooltip will allow the filler to still see the entire text inside a disabled text field when he hovers over it.
