New type of Collaborator: Creator

A Collaborator is a person you can share your Titan work with.
Up till now you could add collaborators and give them Read/Write/Delete permissions.
Those with only reading permissions are called: Collaborators and those with editing permissions are called Editors (these also require an additional license).
In this version, we’ve added a new type of collaborator called: Creator.
The creator is a collaborator that can build new forms for you. This feature also requires an additional license.
