To those using Payment integration with Tranzila - This one’s for you!
The situation is that If, for some reason, the payment fails - the filler is then redirected to a Tranzila failure page.
In this version we have added the option to control where the filler is redirected to when a failure occurs.
It's actually really simple - all you have to do is:
- Open an existing Tranzila Payment integration you configured or Create a new Tranzila Payment integration.
- Enter a URL of your own in the "Failure URL". (in step 3 of the wizard).
- Save the form.
-That's it. Now when a payment will fail for some reason the filler will be directed to the URL you specified.
