When a filler triggers a Get integration on the form, it can sometimes take a bit of time to load this data and that is why we show a preloader by default.
But, of course, like always there are users who want to customize even the smallest detail such as a preloader, to match their branding - and rightly so :-)
That is why we’ve added a few preloaders for you to choose from as well as the option to display your own preloader from a URL.
* Please note that the preloader is set per account, which means it will appear in all forms that have 'Get integration' in this account.
In addition, this is really simple to do. just need to:
1- Enter your 'My Account' page.
2- Go to 'Profile' tab (first tab).
3- Turn on the 'Enable custom preloader' option.
4- Use the radio button to choose using the Titan preloader or your own.
5- Press on 'Save settings'.
