At the beginning of March we introduced a new auto-archiving option, so our users could have their data cleared every now and then, making room for new data that comes in. This is a very important feature because the account storage is always limited. In addition, even though our system automatically clears data in user accounts after a year, it is highly recommended that each user sets a period after which data will be sent to archive and then permanently deleted.
This is why we are now reminding each user that has not configured his auto archive to do so.
