Clear Salesforce cache - clears also in Parent account

There are a few links scattered around in the form builder to help you sync your dropdowns with the current field updates made in Salesforce. However till now when a collaborator, working on your forms cleared the cache it would only clear it for him, and you would not see the updates yourself.
In this version, we’ve made the Refresh Cache option, triggered by a collaborator also refresh the cache in the owner account as well.
