Show dynamic item in Checkbox and Radio button

When you pull a list of items dynamically from Salesforce into a Radio button or a Checkbox you remove all of the default items in this element. So when you place this element on the canvas you can only see the label, and if you want to remove it...well...then you don’t see anything.
In this version, we’ve made sure that when a checkbox or radio button are pulling data from Salesforce a symbolic item is still showing on the canvas - it's called Dynamic item.
