Table conditions to Show / Hide rows, columns and cells

So far a condition could only be placed on a Table element in the Word template to Hide or Show it.
in this version we have added the ability to place conditions on parts of the Table: to show/hide rows inside, columns or cells.
This, we believe, will give the table more flexibility and power - so we hope you make good use of it.
