When you want users to generate your documents from within Salesforce, you need to give them permission beforehand in the Collaborators tab (under “My account”).
Until now you could only add collaborators based on specific email addresses: you could simply type an email address, upload a CSV file containing a list of email addresses, or choose an email from a list of Salesforce users.
In this version, we’ve added a great new option that will allow you to create a group of users, based on their SF profile, and give this group permissions.
