Collapse/Expand All Rules in Condition

When you set a condition in Titan Web you can add as many rules as you want/need. Each time you add a rule you will see it open (Expanded) and you will be able to Close it (Collapse). But sometimes you need to close or open all the rules together and this was not possible until now.
In this version we've added a link that expands or collapses all rules in the Condition modal.
