User tips alignment

The User tip (tooltip) is a short text that appears when the filler hovers over a field, to give him/her a hint about it without having to click on it.
When you add a user tip to fields in your form the default position of the tip is above the field.
In this version, we've made it possible to change the alignment of the tip (Left, right, top, bottom).

and you know what? it's super easy to do:
- Go to the 'Properties' panel > 'Form' tab > 'Style' option > 'Tooltip' category
- Choose the alignment from the 'Tooltip placement' dropdown.
- Save the form
