When using the ‘Cache picklist and meta’ property in the Salesforce Get integration you can make your form load quicker, because it doesn't need to go and get the list each time. However, if an object or fields are added in SF then since you have the cached version - you will not see them.
For this reason we have always had the refresh option in the Push/Get main integration window.
Since the refresh is relevant to the object list we have also added
this option next to the Push/Get Object Dropdown.
