Multi Picklist Include/Exclude with OR operator in Get action

Until now FormTitan supported Salesforce multi-picklist with INCLUDES/EXCLUDES operators. A user by the name of Mike Lieberthal let us know that this only supports logic that uses AND mode. He, on the other hand wanted to use an OR logic. 
It was clear that this functionality was missing and so we added new operators calles: INCLUDES/EXCLUDES or.

In addition, when entering multiple values be sure to set a delimiter between them: Pipe or Comma.
