Adding pages to dynamic PDF

Till now we’ve allowed to create a multi-page PDF in the dynamic mode only by adding a page break to act as separator.
In this version we’ve added the ability to add a page or more in the same way it's done in the Basic PDF: by pressing on the +Page option in the PDF toolbar.
