Changing the Form ID to Form Name in Push Logs

When you are integrating your form with a 3rd party application, like Salesforce for example, it is really important to stay on top of things, and make sure that the data is flowing as it should. In order to do that properly FormTitan created a Push Log, where you can view all of your integration actions. It specifies the form, date, IP, submission ID, method, status and message of each Push action.

Up till now we displayed the Form ID, however most users do not know how to find this ID number, so we decided to replace it with the Form Name.
