Silent mode property added to the Inline Edit window

Our Salesforce Table can be used to enable your form fillers to edit data online. This can be done in a regular way (via pop up windows) or via inline editing.
When you allow Inline edit, each time the filler updates a value, a small message appears on screen to indicate the updating progress. In this version we've added a new property called 'Silent mode', which hides the message that appears after inline edit and displays a green progress bar instead.
