When you email your Word document directly from the Salesforce FT button - you can set the dynamic To, CC and BCC email addresses beforehand in your Word mapping.
And then when you choose the ‘email’ option in the FT button - the email addresses in the To, CC and BCC fields will be dynamically populated. But that’s old news…isn’t it?
In this version, we’ve added a “Custom” option to the dynamic To, CC and BCC. which means you can set a query to pull the email addresses dynamically. How cool is that?
