O.k. so We’ve got a new dashboard, we don’t show it by default but it’s there :-)(ask us about it). In this version we’ve made many changes for this new design and one of them is for the “Switch User” option (which lets you access accounts where you are a collaborator).
The difference in how we show it now is that instead of the user license in the brackets, we display the environment type (Sandbox/Production/Not Connected). And if the user is blocked for some reason it will not be displayed in the list at all.
