Salesforce approval process via FormTitan

Last updated Jan 25 2019

In this demo we will show you how to:

- submit a Salesforce approval process from your form.
- Approve or Reject the approval process from your form.

For this example We've set up an approval process in Salesforce for the opportunity object.
According to the criteria we specified the process will deal with opportunities whose amount is greater than ,1000.
When approved the record will be locked, when rejected it will be unlocked, and when recalled - it will also be unlocked.
We've also set up 2 different forms in Formtitan: in the first we will submit the process and in the second we will approve or reject it.

The first form will be used to create an opportunity and submit it for approval.
We will show you the Push mapping that holds an action for creating the opportunity and a second action for submitting the approval process.
We will then test this form and see how the opportunity is created and submitted in real time.

The second form is used to approve / reject the process.
We'll show you the Get mapping, where we draw the opportunity in 2 separate actions. and also the process instance.
We will also show you the Push mapping, where we have set up one action for approving the request and another for rejecting it.

And of course, in the end, we will continue our live test with this form and show you how we approve and reject the process in real time.
