1- What is a Privacy element?
This element is made of a checkbox and a link. The link leads to the terns' page while the checkbox makes sure the terms have been read and agreed upon.
The privacy element will not let the form filler submit the form without the checkbox being turned on.
2- What is it used for?
The Privacy element is used to force the form filler to agree to your terms prior to submitting the form. This element is usually used to add a "Privacy Policy", "terms of service", "Payment terms" etc.
3- Where is it located in the "Add Elements" panel
It is located in the "Add Elements" panel, inside the "Advanced" category, under the "Privacy" sub category.
