There could be a few reasons for not being able to log in.
1- entering a wrong email address (not the one you registered with)
2- entering a wrong password (which can easily be corrected by using the "forgot password" option)
3- the account was not activated - in this case you should send yourself a new activation email.
4- the account is blocked. If this is the case - you should contact us for assistance.
