Can I add a title, description and keywords to my form page for SEO?

Yes - you can.
We know that adding title, description and keywords are important for your SEO and you can easily add them in the "form settings".

Following are steps to add title, description and keywords for your SEO :

1- Sign in to your FormTitan account.
2- Enter your form in the form builder.
3- Go to your "Properties" panel > "Form" tab >  "Settings" > "SEO" Category 
4- Enter your Title, description and keywords.
