Let's break this question down into 3 parts:
1- Capture customer data
All forms capture their fillers' data - that's what they are for.
But sometimes you want to do something more with your data than simply store it on our servers. Like maybe, generate a contact or agreement, based on it? - You can certainly do this with the FormTitan PDF Mapping.
2- Use salesforce data
In order to use data from Salesforce in your form you need to:
A- have an integration with Salsforce (which we have)
B- populate your form fields from Salesforce (which we can easily do)
So as for using SF data in your form - FormTitan has it covered.
3- Generate a contract / Agreement PDF
FormTitan's PDF Mapping allows you to create a PDF document from the data in your form fields: data that was captured via user input as well as data that was populated from Salesforce. Creating this mapping is simple. All you have to do is either:
- Upload a scanned pdf/image of your paper form and place your form fields ontop of it. (in our basic PDF editor)
or
- Create your PDF layout using html and drag the form fields into it. (in our Dynamic PDF editor)
