Working with the SF Case object
Are you using the Salesfore Case object? Opening new cases? viewing existing cases?
Well, using FormTitan you can easily automate these activities with the Salesforce Case object.
The SF integration is a bi directional one - so there are actually two channels for working:
In the one - you can create and update records in SF - This is called "Push" integration.
In the other - you can read and populate your form fields from Salesforce - This is called "Get" integration.
