How can I track my Salesforce API calls?

Last updated Aug 15 2018

If you are working with Salesforce then you must already know that having it integrated with an online form is based on API calls.
The allocations for the total API requests (calls) depends on the type of licence you have - so it is highly recommended that you find out your limit.

When API Calls exceed the limit

FormTitan Alerts
If you find yourself, for some reason, exceeding the limit somehow - an error will appear in the FormTitan Push Logs as well as sent to your email address.

Salesforce Tracker
In addition, Salesforce has a monitor to show you your API calls within the last 7 days.
All you have to do is
1- enter your Salesforce account
2- Remove the Last part of the URL

3- paste the following part instead:
/00O?rt=104&retURL=%2F00O&c=UN&c=FULL_NAME&c=EM&c=CID&c=TS&c=CC&duel0=FULL_NAME%2CUN%2CEM&scope=organization&details=yes
like this:

4- your API Calls will be displayed in a grid, showing:  API Calls per day of the week, per username and email.
